Horrible experience and do not recommend any one sell here! The staff is embarrassingly incompetent. I dropped off 2 bags and they let one get stolen from right under their nose??? From literally 5 feet away from their 'work station'. And giggled when I asked them to further investigate it? She couldn't care less if she tried. I was out for 90 mins and less than an hour after I received my text, my bag disappears? Inappropriate. Unfair. Disrespectful. A downright disgrace to the company name. We come in trusting the brand with our personal belongings, as policy states, the store WILL HOLD ON TO SELLER'S ITEMS UNTIL PICKED UP AND SIGNED FOR (TILL EOD). Hold on but let get stolen??? The manager then blamed me for not waiting inside the store. So not a single type of compensation or concession was offered. Set the store up for success and take some f7cking responsibility. I will be posting my experience on tik tok and hope no one comes here to sell again. Should just close down like the rest of the plaza if you're going to treat your customers so poorly.
