That being said, when my office prosecutes evictions for a violation of the lease, the procedure is our attorney sends the violating tenant a Notice of Violation with 7 days to cure, or fix the violation. The Notice is either mailed, personally served, or posted in a conspicuous place on the property. If the same violation occurs within one calendar year, or is not cured, the attorney and landlord may decide to file for eviction. A Sheriff or court appointed process server then personally serves or posts the court documents giving the tenant 5 days to file their defenses with the court. So now that you understand the process speak to an attorney about your case! Possession by the Sheriff for nonpayment is suspended until at least July 1st per executive order.

Yes through the HCDA/CCDA * DCF programs or Long Term Care Medicaid Programs( AHCA) I would call the Area Agency on Aging for more information on those programs.

If I was you I would notify legal aid and have one of your attorneys represent you and get your funds back your deposits any money they may have taken from you for false advertisement and charge them with that you'll see how fast they give you everything back to get rid of you

I do not know of a living soul that ever got money from an attorney or etc for a divorce. My advice would be to STAY single, then read all debts about 20 times before signing. The whole process seems like what it takes forever but it's not when Steve hillage dining if he a few months sometimes longer sometimes not depending on the case I'm going through it right now but not an appeal and actual case had my hearing waiting for the results the others tell me it's just a waiting game wish you lots of luck you're in good hands if it's any consolation I know them all very personally

If I was your daughter I go to the courthouse to the clerk and set an arrangement to pay the fine and they'll give you an extension and reinstate your driver's license at the same time. You'll have to pay an initial fee and then after that they'll set up payments to pay the balance if it's a violation that's outstanding. That's all I can help you with that's all I know good luck
