The program was great when we first entered a year ago. Since then they’ve changed management and there has yet to be a consistent case worker. I’ve been sold nothing but false promises every time I ask for help. It’s always “I have something for you” yet when we get there I never receive what I was told I’ll be getting. My family has is going through too much to be sold false promises and have our time so blatantly disrespected at weekly “mandatory” events. I hope this program gets better because it seems the founders have good intentions yet I see no type of help being provided. The new director has an attitude and lacks communication, why take the job if you’re not going to perform or care about the program participants.

They were trying to find previous owner of phone number,after explaining that they had messaged the wrong person the lady I spoke to was very kind and informed me that she would contact the women she was looking for by her email. She then apologized for my inconvenience.
