The worst apartment complex. The staff is unbelievably rude even to the new tenants who are going to have a bunch of questions. Security does not check whos coming in or out majority of the time the gate is wide open. You have guests? Do not bring them because their car will be towed. Have to pay to use gym and pool on top of all other fees. Parking spaces are so small because they are so cheap and you can not even open the doors. They do not keep up with anything and never answer the phone. They won’t speak in english, you need a translator to speak with the staff. Very overpriced for what you get. If I could give it zero stars, I 100% would. Save yourself the frustration and torture of not being happy in your own home.

The most M…… place in the world, the association is useless, In the office they never know anything, I have lived here for more than 1 month and they do not give me parking, the buildings are neglected and dirty. If someone comes to visit you, you have to go to The office will ask for a permit if the car is not taken to the tow truck. The worst place to live in Miami.
