I will never use this company again! We were there in August. Staff is great! It is a fun zip line course. The scenery is beautiful… Mount Denali was never even pointed out to us that we could possibly even see it. The greatest disappointment was that we informed them before we ever even rigged up that my husband had a shoulder injury and they said multiple times that he could return back if he couldn’t do it. So, he went through the practice run, then went on to do the first one and our youngest daughter became too afraid to do the course. Multiple times they said it was okay and they both could return back. Never! Never! Did they say that it was nonrefundable. Only, once they returned back was there a sign that says that it is nonrefundable. Five others still in our group finished the course. Will never use this company again!

I am a 72 year old who zipped for the first time yesterday. Emily and Sydney were amazing and treated me just like the 4 young people in our group. Highly recomme d!!
