I waited a month to finally get a passport appointment on a Saturday morning. And they cancelled via just email with just 90 minutes notice. They said I could just walk in -- with a baby and a toddler -- and wait for availability at 9am the following business day, but there's no way I can get leave from work that quickly. Unacceptable. I highly suggest you make an appointment elsewhere.

Very bad package delivery is useless, they leave the packages in the wrong apartment or they don't deliver it and report it as delivered but it doesn't happen, they do whatever they want and they don't get fired because the USPS is a monopoly on African Americans and they don't they fire because it would be racism and they work as they please if people lose their packages they don't care anyway they will be paid whatever they do it doesn't matter if people lose their money they should charge them for the packages that they deliver badly or that they do not deliver on August 25, the delivery man reported that he had left the package and left nothing or left it in the wrong place but nothing can be claimed because nothing happens here where I live only the packages that are sent by USPS they are lost when brought by UPS , FedEx , or Amazon they are not lost it seems that they are responsible

Extremely difficult to get an appointment and when you get there just one person in the front desk so I need to wait one hour and a half for my turn. Unbelievable federal office short of employment
