So I went yesterday with my daughter to port my number from TMobile to AT&T and they were very helpful. Today I call my mom and she thought it was my daughter and tells me the caller Id shows my daughter’s name. We checked the account profile and the information had my name for my number so I called the store and explained what’s happening and I was told I had to return to the store to fix a mistake that was obviously done by them. It is upsetting to have to waste my time and gas to return to fix their mistake.
