Ride to follow up appointment with doctor after vascular surgery two days ago did not show up. Then they tied up my Uber account by booking a ride on Uber without my consent. Uber would have arrived after my appointment time. I had to drive myself, against doctor's orders. This company is shamefully inept

Disgusting, they deal with the worst transportation for us. They are disgusting I waited 2 months to see my knee doctor and come May 25th 2022 and they never showed up. It's are life ,if you'll can't find the company's that want to work. Not leave us flat. And no answer. Cause they know it's you. Put us to who we request. Not who you'll deal with. Cause their is other companies that will pick you up..

I dont know if have a ride with LogisticCare but i check to make sure they have you on there list. The drivers don't speak English at.
