These apartments are crooks. I left my unit in good condition and was told I would get my deposit back. It's now been 3 months going on 4 months soon...and still no deposit. They changed management twice now first it was "Cushman and Wakefield" now supposedly "asset" and no one will help me with getting back my money. Now I have to have my attorney sue them for my deposit. Which means now they owe me 3 times the amount, I'm also going after them for emotional distress. This is very unprofessional! If I didn't pay my last month they would take me to court for non payment or put it on my credit. Don't worry I'm coming for everyone in that leasing office! Those ladies in their are so lazy bunch of benzo popping pill heads. And the crime in this area is ridiculous! Unless you want a stray bullet to hit your kitchen dining room wall.. I recommend you stay away! Kids here are filthy and disrespectful.

These apartments are TRASH. they got new management and wants to charge $600 deposit. DON’T MOVE IN THESE TRASHY APARTMENTS!!!!!
