There are so many shootings, dead bodies found in closets decomposing, stabbings and fires stay away from this place! 7 people have died here this year since January 2022 look it up before moving here for your own safety!!!

My name is Amyriah and I kinda hate I opted to move here, I was suppose to move in on Oct 7th but was told the carpet was not done and I could move in on the 8th, which mind you I’m out of where I was living prior to this. I get to the apartments and they saying the lady who does the lease not available and to come back on Monday and we can leave our things in the work out room. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this,. I went looked in the apartment and it’s not even move in ready. I’m pregnant high risk at that and these folks giving me the run around causing me more stress to have to find somewhere to sleep because they dropped the ball. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Very true. Just have your check stubs and employment verification number on hand and money orders and the process is in effect!!! My referrals have gotten responses back within two days, three max. Only delays would be your previous places taking there time to respond with rental history or your job taking there time.

The are second chance leading apartments....so they will mostly open there doors to u....but if u have a eviction .....the 199 will not apply to u.....u will probably pay a prorate price for when u move in.....but I know someone that can get u a cpn number and use that and then da 199 will apply to u

You have no light bulb in the middle bedrooms or living room.. light source is only in the kitchen, bathrooms, vanity area and closets.. so if you need brighter lightening, you have to go buy an area lamp
