Unfriendly front desk staff!! There’s nothing like walking into a business and the first person at front door just has no people skills and are unable to greet. It’s similar to walking into a restaurant and the hostess being very stale ,it really sets the tone for the entire experience. The girl was very direct very dry and spoke very low it was challenging to hear her through the plexiglass barrier. They also do not allow you to accompany your spouse for TSA pre-check or any passport related transactions. Interior of the business was clean and tidy. Conveniently located just off of the highway. I would definitely recommend going to some other place. They were able to process the necessary paperwork timely and the cost was 80$
