Physical therapy is awesome 5 stars, the doctor in the next room is horrible, the 1 star is for the doctor, because I couldn't give him a 0 star..... But the other Doctor which is Luis is so understanding and helpful, and I don't know the name of the other doctor, I just know he is tall, worthless, not understanding, and not helpful at all....

Had a medical pre-emploiment exam there 2 weeks ago and ask for the results of EKG, audiometry, visual and spirometry and someone told me to ask my employer. Now I ask HR of the employer and they tell me to ask CONCENTRA. So how do I get the results?
