Small mall with some top end shops, food - including a Din Tai Feng, and an AMC movie theatre.

Mix-use bldg. right downtown. I am giving it a 4 for Din Tai Fung's presence in the bldg.. Other dining options are Thai Ginger, Johnny Rockets, a Hotpot and Chowder restaurants. There is AMC movie theaters as well and even a Tiffany's! It is clean and the 2x we went there, was not crowded at all. There were quite a few boarded up/closed retail spaces, understandable due to the pandemic effect. For tourists like us, a great spot for pictures on the ground floor by one of the entrances/exits. Backdrop provided simply too good to pass.

I've only been to the theater here...and it is OK I guess. It's an AMC theater...only big budget blockbusters get any screen time here. I personally do not like the feel of major chains...I much prefer an independent cinema that focuses on the b-rate counterculture films.

I have to say, this shopping center isn't doing well. It's nice that they redid the interior, but it's so white and shiny, almost sterile-feeling. There is a sad lack of stores and restaurants, which left the shopping center empty and eerily quiet for such a huge space. It's completely different than it was 3 years ago.

No, sorry. The only watchs sold here are from Tiffany's. You could try Westlake mall just 2 blocks away.
I know the theatre opens for first show 945am. Johnny Rockets on same level opens at 11am - 8pm for scrumptious burgers fries milkshakes onion rings. On christmas day I like to see a movie, go for burger + at Johnnys then back for another movie.

Down to the basement parking lot the elevator takes you to the movie on the 4th floor
It's open for movies after the mall closes. Just go in. Just the stores are closed.
