No there is not. There is one close by near Nordstroms.

There's a store that sells fashion sunglasses at pacific place. There aren't any Optometry type places in Pacific Place. There's a optical store across the street from Nordstrom. You'll be able to get your specs there.

I don't remember ever having seen a LensCrafters there. I don't think there is one. If I happen by downtown today I'll check to see. But it's not likely.
