Came here because of the reviews but walked out due to the vibe. I don’t know if maybe I just came on a off day but I did not feel comfortable at all. The girls in the front was so short & straight to the point. No one even said good morning when I walked in. I felt so rushed to sign paperwork and take my payment. It was just too much, I went somewhere else and had a way more positive experience. I’ll pay the whatever I have to more for great customer service!! I’m so glad other women had a great experience here it just was not mine unfortunately.

It was my first time being pregnant and subsequently my first abortion. So undoubted I didn’t have a clue as to what I was doing. The people I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment were nice and knowledgeable and made me an appointment for the very next morning. I went to the Tamarac location and all the nurses and so nice and very informative. A fair warning this location is Busy! I did not get my procedure done for a while but as busy as it was when I arrived in the A.M. it’s understandable. But this place is definitely worth the wait. It was super clean all around the the Doctor was really really gentle and super nice. I was nervous about the pain after the procedure but it was almost nil. At first it felt like strong period cramps but the pain lessened on its own without me taking my pain meds in about an hr after I woke up. I would recommend this place to any woman young or old in need of help. Also the price was right. I originally planned to go to planned parenthood but I am so lucky to have a friend recommend this place and I’m so happy I listened.

My experience here was good. Dr Rodriguez was nice spoke you through the procedure and most of the women help put your mind at ease. It was Minimal pain and discomfort. I’m happy i chose this facility
