Beyond horrible! The blonde old lady is terrible! She was nasty and aggressively took my blood while yelling at me for not making an appointment after I said i would make an appointment before she took my blood. I was in tears. There is no reason for somebody to be unkind. The man who works there is very kind. Thank goodness he was the one who took my blood the next two times that day for my glucose test. I will be calling headquarters to complain. This is unacceptable behavior. Do not go here!

Yikes the lady at the front desk is a NIGHTMARE. Even for Long Island standards she is so rude. You should go ANYWHERE else but this location. Avoid at all costs, she should not work anywhere dealing with people.

I am needle phobic and the staff is always willing to engage in conversation to keep me distracted while I am being jabbed. I will give this location 5 stars. On the other hand, I give the corporate owners of Sunrise Medical zero stars and if possible, I would give them negative stars. Years ago, the walls in the blood drawing rooms were covered with kid's drawing, pictures of pets etc. It was comforting and added warmth to an otherwise sterile, cold environment and anxiety ridden encounter. Asking the technician about the pictures gave patients an opportunity to engage with them and made for a more relaxed visit. Now the pictures are gone, there is a cold and sterile environment that exudes no warmth at all. Congratulations to the head office for killing the warmth that once existed. They should be ashamed.
