I am sorry, but i,have no clue. I am not a customer. I mereky drice there and pick up specimens to be brkught back to our lab. Maybe,call the office?
You have to go about an hour or more before they open and wait on line. They will take your name and text you when it's your turn to come back. At that point you have half an hour to get to office for test
