Beau Blackwell is the epitome of excellent customer service. My wife and I and another couple were just beginning a cycling trip from Monterey to Mexico and our support vehicle's (my 2013 Chevy Volt) drivers side window broke and fell into the door. We had 60 miles to cycle that day and were desperate to get our window fixed asap. After calling several shops we called Cardinale GMC and the service Director Beau Blackwell answered, listened to our plight and told us he would help us out. That's the understatement of the world. Beau sent an employee to get a part 20 minutes away, and had our car fixed and washed in less than 2 hours! The service department and Beau are top notch. Highest recommendation!
