My wife had an emergency so we went to their ER back in September. She had to wait about 3 hours to even get someone to attend her. Then when finally the doctor came to see her, it wasn't anything much thankfully so they let her go and she didn't need any service or so. We got a bill from them which we paid and forgot about it. This was in Sept 2021. Fast forward to July 2022, we get another bill of $620 in the mail saying this is our last chance to pay it else it will be sent to debt collection. We were quite shocked as first, what was this $620 for, second, we paid the bill that was sent back in 2021, third, why is this the last chance to pay when we never received any bill prior to it. We called their billing department and asked about all this and for an itemized bill but the lady said just this "Pay it or we send it to collections. Acknowledges that there is no bill sent to us prior to this in their system and says, I don't know what happened here but the system just "flagged" this bill and if you don't pay, it will automatically be sent to collections". Avoid this hospital at all costs unless you like bad service and getting huge unknown bills and threats.

The worst hospital ever, they are more focused on getting you out to make more space than to actually solve the problem. doctor wont even let you finish your sentence he cuts you off. everything is so rushed, they dont genuinely care

Kinda Grew up in the area. But in recent years, I'd say the past 5, 6 years this Hospital has been making strides to be better and I see that in their staff as well. I will say about 2 years ago was an issue with the Security at the ERdesk (evening shift) but that was just her. Nice homey look on the outside but huge inside.

Ashley was the best nurse, she stayed with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately the ultra sound technician was extremely unprofessional. He said “he had been doing this a very long time and he had never seen something like this” which left me in a panic. I’m sure he did not mean to make me feel that way but I would like to remind healthcare professionals the power of the words they speak to patients to think before they say things.
