Perfect example of the American police system. These police officers are not here to serve or protect the citizens of Jasper County. They are here to punish and “catch” anyone doing something illegal- as long as it’s easy for them. I personally called daily about a drunk driver who drove down my street on his suspended license/ yet the police were unable to catch this person- regardless of knowing the time and location daily of where the crime was being committed. No interdepartmental communication. Anything remotely out of their way was too hard to actually complete. Searching for the easiest check on their daily to do list, without helping the people. An embarrassment of a police department and makes me ashamed to be American. I am thankful to be out of this county and glad I will never need the aid of this department, because if you want help- these police will not help you.

A Carthage sherrif should have no right pulling over someone in Joplin and giving them tickets. If they wanna pull someone over I no a different county they should call In those county cops. Your a sherrif for a reason not a city cop in Joplin.

I was having car issues and Deputy Green pulled up to check on us. He made sure we were ok and let me and my daughter sit in his car until our ride got there so we didn’t have to sit in the 100 degree weather, in the hot car. Made sure we had something to drink and listened to my 2 year old’s gibberish about her Minnie Mouse and the cows in the field next to where we broke down. Thank you Deputy Green you made our evening better by being so kind and caring!

Ask a lawyer....
You need to first give her a written eviction. There is a lengthy process to evict someone. Unfortunately, it's worse for you than them.
If he is an inmate you would have call and talk to a supervisor and set it up. It would have to be family emergency. You can put money on his books and he can buy a calling card and call you.
