Everyone is always nice to me and very helpful. I have had to do lots of downloading and printing and faxing in last couple of months. I am not as sharp as I was decades ago. Thankful for my Library peeps.

I do believe there is a fee for those who don't live inside of Carthage city limits. I'm not sure how much it is, though.
No fees. There are computers that you can use for about 30 minutes if you need to do something quick. Otherwise you would need a library card and they are free for city residents.
