Amazingly over priced. $20 for a purse that's a Walmart brand and at least 2 years old with significant wear and tear. Won't ever be back.

There is a donation center next door to the store. You pull up out front, and a lady will come out with a cart to get your items. I'm not sure the answer to your second question.
