Janice P. is quite aggressive & rude, would talk over me anytime i tried to explain something, then said her "supervisor" wasn't in when I tried to escalate the issue, continued to say it wouldn't matter, yet never once let me finish explaining.

I do understand that the caseloads are probably overwhelming. I’ve always felt these workers are under-appreciated and under-paid but a call back is not too much to ask for. It’s been months and the only case worker that I can ever get in touch with is not empathetic or friendly at all. My daughter even said so after she heard a phone call with her, mind you I’m always professional and kind. Something horrible happened to my 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER which has caused me to put things off with finding a daycare for my son but this women takes no consideration and talks to me like I’m wasting her time and beneath her. Almost everyone I have been in contact with makes me feel like I’m a bother which is sad.

****ZERO STARS**** This is sad for how beneficial they can be towards peoples lives but they rather just not answer the phone or help at all. All I can say to you reading this is good luck. And to whoever is in charge of this team needs to be fired.
