Someone needs to update the info on this web page. This ticket office is not a ticket office anymore. There is a sign on the door for a different location all together for drop off and for pickups. Just thought I would share this info. Please update

It depends on the date and time of departed and day. Call the greyhound or go online to purchase your ticket. They will answer these question correctly.
It is on the corner of 14th Street and Dickinson Avenue it is now at a store... On Dickerson Avenue.

The bus station is not on Dickinson anymore.

Parimal is exactly right this is were I get all my information when using Greyhound website.
It is my belief that your money paid can be transfered To another date. But go as soon as possible to the station you were to depart and they should be able to help you further. Or go back to the site online you purchased the ticket and talk to customer service about what happened to get your refund which should have sent an email confirmation to your email for the customer service department. Hopefully this helps.

Don't use super 8. When I stayed there the staff was terrible so unprofessional and they had bedbugs
