Lived here for a year. I’ve only had a great experience. The gym in the south building is always clean and well maintained. The leasing staff, cleaning crew, and maintenance team were always super friendly.

I love living at Yankee Hill. Amazing location. I can walk to anywhere downtown. The amenities are pretty great as well, just wish the fitness center in the north tower was a bit larger. Building is well maintained. The apartments are pretty soundproof, can rarely hear my neighbors.

Hi Erik. Thank you for your message and interest in Yankee Hill! The gas portion of the heat is included in a separate flat utility charge (for example $55/month for two beds) that covers water, sewer, trash, and the gas for the heat. You would pay electric separately to WE Energies which would include the fan for the heat. Are you looking for a one or two bedroom? Are you available to come by for a tour?
