I only drove through it to get to another address and it seemed like most mobile home parks where there are some nice ones and then there is the ghetto ones.

Delivered food there It was a manufactured Park, ut a co-op. Lovely houses.

They do allow pets, dont know about deposits for them. My mom lived in there.
