We agree I totally agree and are never on time what time they left me after funeral waiting for 2 hours I had to walk home because I had to get to work right away I would never use them again

We need to file a complaint with the city of Milwaukee this lady sitting up here playing with people rides n time n money arguments n nasty disposition I'm difently complaining I've taken yellow cab for years I've never had such a disgrace to people answer a dispatcher line n #1call me by my first name hang up tell me to shut up ect!! Not too mention I have voucher rides that are constantly being denied

You would rather catch a Uber or Lyft then deal with Yellow Cab they service is horrible they always late sometime even show up I wouldn't dare call them if I was stranded in the desert

I would recommend downloading Lyft, you do the ride requesting through an automated system, regulated and full of reliable certified drivers, who are held accountable through the rating system. You can download on your phone or a computer, and can track the driver's location in real time as they approach you, with an up-front price estimate. It will be significantly cheaper and free of headaches that this company causes through their incredibly insufficient process.

We try to be one time and pick up accordingly. Some of our drivers have been robbed and set up at certain places and addresses.
