Never call them again they are horrible call up Uber or Lyft
Didn't make it home until 5 am and it wasn't by yellow city cab...They never returned any of my phone calls then told me to try to find a different source to a ride😒😒😒 how rude
Step 1-file a formal complaint by stopping at their office during business hours. Step 2-delete their phone number. Step 3-download Lyft or Uber and you'll never have to worry about this again. Hope this helps :)
Download App of Yellow Cab website. From there you can book what type of cab, when, and where. From there you can track your driver and see what cab is coming to pick up and where they are through the app.
