We try to be one time and pick up accordingly. Some of our drivers have been robbed and set up at certain places and addresses.
Our suv wouldn't start at the veterinarian office. Had to go home and get jumper cables and bring them to the veterinarian office.
Yellow Cab picked us up when we were stranded at 1 AM at Amtrak station..driver was very polite & courteous..and they sent a van for family with lots of luggage..show some respect!
Yellow cab never shows either trash!!!
Had no problem with Yellow cab, however DO NOT book a ride with MKEcab, 2 weeks ago I booked a pickup 4 hrs early, for 930pm pickup, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!
