We've lived here for almost 2 years and we really like it. Marion (apartment manager) is friendly and easy to communicate with. Some of the other reviews indicate issues with guest parking, but honestly, I have yet to live in an apartment complex that doesn't have limited guest parking, and if anything, it's tenants who aren't respectful of parking rules. I like how utilities are divided, we've always felt it was very fair, and we've had no issues in our time living here that haven't been very easily solved by Marion. Our garbage disposal stopped working and they came the same day and fixed it, and have always been great about making sure our cats don't get out. Most of the negative reviews here seem to be about the old manager; and the one that says "rent increases constantly" seems fake - our rent increased $5 a month between our first year and the second. Seems pretty fair to me. EDIT: We moved out last year and received our ENTIRE deposit back, which is unheard of in this area for rentals. The only disappointment we experienced was a couple months before we left, when Marion left and we weren't notified that there would be a new manager. She was really nice - we just wished we'd been notified.

Great place to live! The Property Manager, Marion is the best I've come across. He is very open to hearing tenant concerns and addresses situations quickly as needed. Marion also pays close attention to the landscaping and trash/recycling areas. It's nice to drive home after work and pull up to a nice looking yard. Thank you so much for all your hard work Marion. You are very appreciated!

Renting the apartment here was easy. Marion helped us get through the process even when we hit some glitches and had to do extra leg work to get approved. I always felt like Marion was rooting for us to get approved and be able to move in here. He was fun to talk to and one of the main reasons we chose this complex over others. The apartments are nice too.

Marion, the manager, is fantastic, I would give both him and the maintenance guy 5 stars. The only reasons I'm giving this complex 4 stars are the speed bumps/parking issues, and the fact that the kitchen is rather poorly laid out if you like to cook. Other than that, maintenance is always prompt, and they take good care of the complex. Marion is always a breeze to work with, and we would have honestly stayed longer had it not been for needing to move back to Corvallis.

Yes.
Yes. Both potential tenants do.
There should be some available smoking on the street
It depends on 2 bedroom or 3 bedrooms. I think new move ins would be a little over a thousand for a 2 bedroom. Not sure about the three bedrooms.
Perhaps. It depends upon size
