*Update: the car wash had been closed for repairs, but they haven't been able to repair the brushes due to supply chain issues. The black slime on the interior walls is just dirt, according to the owners. They did fix that nasty squeal on one of the brush spindles. Thank goodness for the employees' sakes! We've been running our cars through this car wash for years and haven't had any issues. Top end wash is $13. At least this car wash is long enough to get the vehicle clean!

Went to lava 2 weeks ago and the main roller brush that goes across the front top and back of car wasn't working said something to the so called manager he said he knew it wasn't working and techs were supposed to fix it that day he gave us a free wash after I complained more and asked for it. No big deal. I went in today and it's still not working truck didn't get clean this time I was told tough luck everyone is getting an inferior wash! No sign saying wash isn't running fully. Don't use this place go to the new one they're great the only good thing was a young blonde girl who worked hard. Tipped her good.

This place is pretty 50/50 for me. The good parts are 1. Cheap monthly membership, 2. Free vacuums, 3. Convenient, 4. the RFID tag makes it so you can drive right through The downsides are 1. My rims are always dirty, 2. Soap streaks are often left, 3. When you go to exit the car wash, the tip jar is sometimes blocking the exit, 4. There is always parts down / not working when I go through

I'm updating my review. I think I was a little harsh on my previous review.. I understand how challenging it can be to run a business. This is a great car wash. The recent upgrades have my car sparkling clean, the vacuums are in good working order and employees do a good job. Love all the colored lights, makes it fun!
