Went to get my daughter her 1st pair of shoes, only found one pair that was her size. Then we looked around and got a few more things. Got to the checkout stand just to have the cashier be extremely rude and giving me a nasty look the entire time I was trying to get the bar-code thing on my phone. I explained that I was new to the program/ kohl's cash/rewards and didn't know how to bring it up and she just looked at me like I was dumb, didn't even offer to help. Then she didn't even ask if I wanted a bag. (I had my daughter with me) I wasn't sure if I could take the cart outside so I asked and a lady 10 feet away yelled as us saying as long as I bring it back, making everyone in hearing distance stop and and stare at us. Overall, I will not be shopping at kohl's again. I've never been treated like this before and it is unacceptable.
