She happened to have cancellations (summer vacations) & got us in pretty quickly even though we had to cancel once. I feel she sincerely listened to my concerns (by phone & in person) with being my 1st experience using a groomer. Its like leaving your child with a stranger I'm definitely not used to it. After the initial nervousness & separation anxiety Bonnie seemed to do well & neither of us seemed traumatized! (Not sure about the groomer? Lol!) Thank you Susan! (Sp?) We'll be back!
