Mind Matrix
Did not get help when I called the other day and was told that when I called prior the conversation that I had with someone there did not happen however, I'm sure most of the people there work really hard and help out as much as they can that's what this service is for and was also told that the government doesn't fund them helping me on my situation good luck to everyone else.. I'm sure not every time is going to be perfect for everyone at everything they need that being said

No, if your on the least and they aren't they can get into trouble I would process them in court and speak to a lawyer
No, if you are on a month to month they have to legally give you no cause termination with a reason below
It depends on if they sell your contract off to another company in time.
As someone who is on SSI, they can still take you to court and get a judgement against you, holds for 10 years to your credit and is on your background report for judgements against you if anyone decides to look, best bet is to inform the court with a certified copy letter that you cant get blood out of stone.
Legal Aid is pretty limited. I suggest to google Oregon State Bar Lawyer referral service #. You can get a short consult with a private attorney for $35.
No, the landlord must give written 30 day notice for Termination, also has to notify any type of housing authority if your under one in writing or they have to contact the courts and do proper paperwork, i would advise you find an attorney and sue your landlord, if privately owned. If yiur landlord is through a management property go above and speak to them
Renting an apparent should not effect IRS in anyway unless you lied about the rent amount or something on your taxes, i would call just ti find out imformation
If it's up to city/state standards that's how. There are laws for landlords and tenants you can get them in the court house
