No, the landlord must give written 30 day notice for Termination, also has to notify any type of housing authority if your under one in writing or they have to contact the courts and do proper paperwork, i would advise you find an attorney and sue your landlord, if privately owned. If yiur landlord is through a management property go above and speak to them
ok than you also how can I get an attorney for free because I am on a very very fixed income and can't afford to hire an attourney.
