Do not move to these apartments! They are notorious for taking advantage of younger teens looking to live on their own. Unfortunately I resided there for a year. They do not care about your privacy what so ever the maintenance person working there thinks he can walk into your home whenever he pleases because that is the “rule” there. I decided to fight back with the manager and their maintenance guy because I thought it wasn’t right for them to walk into your home whenever they wanted to even when you weren’t home. So unfortunately that created animosity between myself and the manager. So then I decide to move out after my lease was over and they charged me with everything they could. Took my deposit and charged me $1200 to replace the carpet on top of that along with fees and interest for not paying all that on time (right when Covid shut everything down). If anyone is reading this and is deciding to move here please don’t.

When we first moved in it was fantastic! The management was kind and helpful. The apartments were nice and being updated. They went above and beyond to help but unfortunately this apartment complex has been aquired by Dalton property management (the same owner of the New Heritige Apt)and has gone downhill immensely. Now the office is never open there are no hours posted so you never know when you'll be able to talk to the manager, the number posted for emergency maintenance isn't in service so good luck if you need something yoully have to call the Portland office to try and get someone down here. I guess communication broke down because none of the previous updates on the apartments are being continued. At this point if I could give no stars I would!

The property is well kept. The apartments are a good size and are well maintained. The managers are so nice, helpful and are quick to resolve any issue. The community is friendly. Close to shopping too. I recommend!
