Had a scheduled day and time to bring my truck for a simple level kit and airbags and left thinking it would be done that day or the next. Called them 30 minutes before closing time and they hadn’t even touched it. Said a project they were on is taking longer than expected and wanted to know if I wanted to leave it there to which I responded would they be working on it the next day to which he responded no they had some more vehicles come in today. Why are these new customers getting put ahead of me when we had a scheduled day and time to do mine? And why would I leave it there if you’re not going to touch it. He tried rescheduling me for another week out. Same thing quad cities did. Maybe they’re related.
