I have used this business before to detail cars and was relatively satisfied. Recently, I decided to use them to tint the windows on my Audi A3 sedan. Initially the tint looked great. Two months latter I noticed a tear about the size of a dime. I returned and showed (who I believe was the owner) the rip. He said I tore the tint and it would be $100 to remove the tint and replace. The problem is NOBODY has ever sat in the rear of the car.. so how did I do this??? Initially I was going to pay it but his attitude was NASTY. Really nasty. I would NEVER go there again. In order to fix this issue I am going to another store who will do it for $125. I am willing to pay $25 more to avoid paying this business another penny. In closing, I support small businesses if I did it I would have paid. The end!! My response to the owner: “It’s really about customer service and attitude not the $.” Nobody has been in the back of that vehicle since I purchased the car. Nobody has a key to the car but me. How there is a rip is beyond me. I have used your shop several times before and would have used it AGAIN. Now I will never return. The real reason for this decision is the piss poor, condescending attitude of your manager. He was very friendly when taking my money, but out rite nasty when a problem arose. He actually walked away and went back in your shop while I was speaking. You might consider customer service training for him. I usually switch cars twice a year and always tint the windows. I’ll return to the shop on park avenue. I never had a problem with the 8 plus cars they tinted. Plus the owner would never speak to me or any other customer like your so called manager.

They did a great job installing my tints, but I had asked for all tints to be the darkest tints. They did not do that. When I got there I asked them if they we’re sure they we’re all the darkest tints because it didn’t look like the front windows we’re as dark as the back and I was reassured that they we’re. 2 weeks later I have had people that said it definitely isn’t the darkest tint in the front windows. You can see that it is not the darkest tint. Every car I have owned had the darkest tint on all windows so I know what it should look like. Although they did a great job and did it pretty fast, I’m disappointed that I paid for them to be the darkest and didn’t get that and was told they are. So for that reason I gave 3 stars. If the customer ask for the darkest you shouldn’t question that and then not give the customer what they asked for.

Did a really great job on my window tinting. The prices are reasonable and I was able to wait while it was being done.

Questions & Answers

How long does the window tinting take?

Well.... first stage is applying the tint to your car windows it takes about 45 minutes to an hour and once the tint is done you will not ( recommend) be able to roll your windows down because it needs to dry completely meaning you can not clean or wash your vehicle for at least 12 to 24 hrs and remember do not roll your windows down at all just let it sit and if you do it pick a sunny day it helps to speed up the drying process ok? I hope that I was helpful and good luck.
