Not impressed. Had to call three times to figure out that the package that I didn't get was actually given the wrong tracking number. First guy said their website was screwed up and that he could see on his end that my package (which said it was delivered a week earlier) was actually coming today. It wasn't. Called four days later and got another answer that was unhelpful, like my situation didn't match his canned answers so he short curcuited. Called right back and figured out that I was given a wrong tracking number from Amazon. Never did get my package, but probably was a scammer on Amazon. Every person had a heavy accent that I needed to have them repeat things to understand, but that's how it is these days. Called a building 30 miles away and routed to who knows where.

FedEx has always been a nightmare to deal with even before Covid but this takes the cake. We ordered a very expensive piece of equipment and not only was it 4 days late with no update to the tracking number but the driver left the box at the bottom of our stairs at an apartment complex where anyone could have stolen it! So it wasn’t even at our door. Didn’t even have the decency to come to our door to let us know (we were home by the way). They have always been a terrible delivery service and have only gotten worse over the years. We avoid them at all costs.

I wish I could give them zero. They lost $300 worth of jeans and didn't give a rip in trying to track down the packages. They leave packages at the end of our driveway and report delivering to garage. Their loss prevention rep asked me if I had a brick house and that was the sum of his investigation.
