I am very glad I found Gary to help with my health insurance needs. He is very professional, has full and detailed knowledge of all the insurance polices he is managing. He is not pushing to sell any policy, rather, he is giving all me all the options, pros and cons. He is very understanding. I highly recommend him to all my friends and all who is seeking help for insurance.

I had a great experience working with Gary in getting the best possible health insurance for my situation. I had talked to Gary several months before my 65th birthday and discussed my needs. He gave me several options and because I was going to require major surgery in the near future, Gary suggested staying with Medicare A and B along with a supplemental policy through AARP. He said this policy would give me the most flexibility and the lowest out of pocket costs. He was absolutely correct. Gary provided me with all of the information and guided me to the best solution for my situation. I am completely happy with my choices and with Gary’s advice. If you will be transitioning to Medicare soon, I would recommend talking to Gary. He made the whole process easy and I got the best plan for my personal situation.

A travel health insurance policy generally covers the same types of coverage as a regular health insurance policy, but with additional coverage for medical expenses incurred while traveling. This can include emergency medical expenses, repatriation (if you need to be transported back to your home country for treatment), and coverage for Baggage and Personal Effects (in case your belongings are lost or stolen). Some policies will also cover you for Cancel for Any Reason benefits, which can reimburse you for non-refundable trip costs if you have to cancel your trip due to a covered reason (like sickness or injury).
Assuming you're talking about travel health insurance, the answer is yes and no. While your regular health insurance may cover you for some medical expenses incurred abroad, it's always a good idea to have travel insurance as well. Why? Because your regular health insurance may not cover everything. For example, they may not cover evacuation costs or know the best hospitals in your destination country. That said, you don't need to go out and buy the most expensive travel insurance policy out there. Just make sure that you're covered for the basics like medical expenses and evacuation. And be sure to read the fine print so that you know exactly what's covered and what's not.
There is no easy answer when it comes to who should buy supplemental health insurance, as there are many factors to consider. Ultimately, it is up to the individual or family to decide whether they feel they need this type of coverage. Some people may feel comfortable with their regular health insurance plan, while others may want the extra protection that a supplemental policy can offer. These plans typically provide coverage for things not covered by regular health insurance, such as certain types of cancer treatment or long-term care. And, these policies can be expensive, so it is important to calculate whether the benefits are worth the cost.
It depends on your family's needs and budget. There are a variety of health insurance plans available, and some are better than others. One option is a family health insurance plan that covers everyone in the family. This type of plan usually has a lower monthly premium, but it might not cover all of the services that your family members need. Another option is to have separate health insurance plans for each member of the family. This can be more expensive, but it might be worth it if your family needs specific types of coverage. No matter what type of plan you choose, make sure to read the fine print so you know exactly what is and isn't covered, and be sure to ask lots of questions.
Yes, many travel insurance policies include coverage for medical emergencies. However, it's important to review the specific terms and conditions of your policy to make sure you are aware of what is and is not covered. For example, some policies might only cover medical expenses incurred while outside of your home country, or they might have a maximum coverage amount that could quickly be exhausted if you require extensive medical treatment. It's also important to remember that travel insurance will not protect you from every possible medical emergency - so it's always wise to purchase additional health insurance protection if you are traveling to a particularly high-risk destination.
It depends on the plan and the person's age, location, and health history. Generally, though, health insurance costs between $200 and $1,000 per month. Some people may find cheaper plans, while others may need to pay more for a better plan with more coverage. It's important to shop around and compare plans to find the best fit for your needs.
There is no way to give an exact figure. The cost of a health insurance policy will depend on the number of people to be covered and the extent of the coverage. While everyone wants the maximum coverage, this often has to be balanced with the cost. Also, it is possible to buy a policy that is more costly than you need which is a waste of money. At Bay Area Health Solutions we focus on using our health insurance experience and expertise to find our clients the right health coverage at the right cost.
The 3 things you need to know before buying health insurance, besides the general plan benefits are: 1. The insurance provider’s network. That means whether it is an HMO, PPO or POS plan. 2. The list of drugs/medications covered under the plan. 3. The premiums and deductibles. Understanding the complexities and technical aspects of the different health insurance plans is not easy and making a mistake could result in having the wrong type of coverage or paying more than you need to.
You need to, first of all, know your family’s health insurance needs. Then you need to find a policy that meets your requirements at the right price. Then you have to factor in the deductibles and the hospital network that a policy covers. Other factors also need to be taken into account. Making mistakes and ending up with a policy that is wrong for you is not uncommon. You may not even realize the deficient coverage until you have to file a claim and it is rejected. The expert knowledge that an insurance agent will provide can save you from making mistakes.
Health insurance is a very complicated matter. You need the kind of coverage that is right for you, but it is easy to get a policy that appears to be right, but when you file a claim, you find that the coverage is not what you thought it was. Also, it is easy to end up paying more than you need to. That is what happened to me. It was only when I contacted a health insurance agent that I got the right policy at the right cost.
