I have been coming to this franchise location for the past year. I’m not sure if there is new management, or if the employees are so poorly trained, but the quality of the pizza has SIGNIFICANTLY dropped off. I have, on multiple occasions, received pizzas that are undercooked; sauce that is cold, cheese that is still hard, and Doug that is raw. It is extremely disappointing to buy more than $20 worth of food only for it to be inedible. I will NOT be returning to this franchise location until they get their act together. Be warned, your pizza will most likely be undercooked, that is, after waiting over 30 minutes for someone to get to you. You’re better off going to one of the location over in Fremont - though you will pay a dollar more and the employees may not know how to cut 6 slices, the pizza will at least be cooked. Stay away from this location.
