Pizza has come a long way from where it was a couple decades ago in America; and places like Pieology have a big hand in that evolution. Instead of the standard marinara sauce and limited topping choices, they offer a choice of many different sauces and crusts (including gluten free) the buffet of toppings is fresh and healthful. While I love their thick crusts - each bite a mouthful, my teenager loves their thin crust for its crunch. Among all the Pizzas I have tasted in my life I would give Pieology the best rating yet.

This place is a huge favorite for me! Cauliflower crust is my favorite, and tastes like a cheat day treat! The spicy chicken and pesto keep me coming back for more! Lots of parking, easy corner location, clean inside, decent restrooms. Service was friendly. Short wait time.
