The car service was fine but they charged me a lot in terms of parts and labor. I checked with one of the local mechanic and he informed me that the service work done by dealer would have been done in half the cost .So, I felt cheated and like the dealer just took advantage of Honda brand name .

2022 was a difficult time to buy a new car with supply issues and empty dealer lots. Sammy and Ken made it possible for us to see the Honda CRVs, test drive a used one and look at the various new models that were on the lot waiting for their owners to pick up. With Ken it was easy to order our new car with minimum down and kept us in the loop on the building, shipping and arrival of our brand new car. Even the financial department made the finishing process easy. Only issue was the supply issue that cause us to wait 97 days for delivery of a new car, but that's Honda's problem, AutoNation Honda made the best of these 2022 issues.

Update : 1year later. Returned for service with Advisor Devron. Such a great experience he kept in touch regarding my cars with updates and even a great video feature of my car in the mechanics bay explaining the services my car needed with recommendations. This was amazing. I feel my experience was great. I really appreciate the care and steps taken to ensure I feel valued at Honda Nation. Thanks Devron I went in for an appointment I had with 1 advisor and was actually greeted by Jessica another service advisor and I honestly could not have been happier she is phenomenal. I had such a fantastic experience. I really thought I was going to have a long grueling day at the dealership and it was smooth and painless . She took such great care of me and my car . I can't see myself going anywhere else. She's won me over. Definitely be back for another fantastic experience. Thank you Jessica.

Same thing happens to my moms 2020 Honda CRV. Honda cars if you hold down the unlock button for like 10 seconds it does that but she didnt do that so could be a issue happened twice.
