If I could rate this a zero I would, poor customer service. After my husband shared that the lady who answered the call, answer but then acted like she couldn’t hear anyone on the line>>> 🙅‍♀️just terrible. I called myself twice: one before the opened and the time they opened. Before opening hours someone was nice enough to answer the phone. So that how I know. Their phone is no so called “broken” they’re just plain rude!

After the accident the police states my sons jacket and wallet where left in the car as the Tow truck took it to the pond. But as we get to Kruger Tow and get Car out no jacket or wallet found... Neither Police or Kruger Tow staff no anything about a jacket or wallet in the car.So sad that you would take things from a person that can not look out for personal items after an accident.

The lady was nice enough. This is a closed facility. They wouldn't let me get anything in my car that was hit while parked and towed to this location. So they basically sent someone to pull all my stuff out of it and give it to me in a big trash bag. Rules are rules I guess.

My car was blocking a neighbors driveway by a few inches and she called the police station to tow my car. After paying to have the car released from the police station, we went to Kruger Tow to get my car back. They charged a holding fee for $57 tho the car was only there for a few hours. I understand everyone needs to make more money. But someone smoked a cigarette in my car and also went thru everything in my glove compartment, very unprofessional. We’re they looking for something to steal? I have no idea. Wouldn’t recommend this spot.
