First to begin, appointments made mean nothing here, as when you arrive on time or early expect to wait 2-3 hours to see the dentist. Next expect to be charged for services you did not authorize or ask for, or even better yet receive. Then leave messages and voicemails and call everyday for no one to respond to your billing issues. Avoid at all costs.

Would give 0 if possible. So extremely rude to patients, seriously shouldn’t be a dentist if he’s gonna treat people this way. I have anxiety from the dentist and when I started to tear up (because he was being so mean and made me feel terrible about my tooth, along with pain) he told me to stop in such a disrespectful way and made me feel dumb. Told me he couldn’t do anything for my bad tooth bc my anxiety is bad (basically like he didn’t wanna deal with that) so he referred me to highland hospital?! Good thing though because I never want to return here again. Would rather go anywhere else. Has been rude everytime i’ve been here, but this time just tipped me over the edge. Trust me, ANY other dentist is better, I assure you.

Dr. Barakzoy is an excellent dentist. I had a root canal done recently and it was the best and easiest experience I have ever had. The office staff are without exception professional and kind. Thank you Doc Barakzoy and staff!!
