The initial online sale and delivery went great. Giving 1 star for that but the response that I have had since then is the reason for 1 star. The brand new Bosch refrigerator we received broke after 4 months. Not dispensing ice or water and dispenser stopped working. Took over 2 months to get any kind of answer (still never got a service date) on when or even if our refrigerator still under man/warranty would be fixed. The store manager Oscar told me 3 weeks ago that since I am not happy with the service turnaround (would you be happy when you cant even get a date for fix after 3 months?) that Bosch is processing an exchange and it would take about a week and he will contact me. It has been 3 weeks and I have called 3 or 4 times now with no return call from Oscar. He is the only person who can give me this info so again I am sitting here with a faulty refrigerator and no answer as to when I will get an exchange because I am being dissed. Pay 3,000.00 for a better quality refrigerator and this is what we get. Terrible terrible customer service!!!!!!

We recently visited a store and a sales representative was able to show us two models that met our needs. The complete transaction was completed in about 25 minutes. Delivery of the product was made on the promised date. The delivery persons removed the old refrigerator and set up the new refrigerator. The service from start to finish was excellent. Thanks..
