Cold stone is my favorite place for ice cream and their brownies. Today I treated my best friend to ice cream . First of all let me say I'm handicap with speech impairment and a senior person while placing my order the server was impatient and disrespectful to me cause I wasn't able to communicate my order to her understanding she yelled at me that if I wasn't ready to order she wouldn't take my order. If she had any customer service skills and her sensitivity to my disability. I'll still patronize but not the Hayward store they lack sensitivity trying. Wow my treatment was awful.
