Had to wait an extra 30 minutes even though I had a appointment and they told me it's gonna take 4 hours to do an oil change but they were busy so I waited since I took the day off work. At least they have a clean bathroom, lounge area with t.v. , drinks and snacks

I just went to see a car at this dealer and a person came out who told me that he had more cars behind and I just raised my hand thanking him for the attention and I never disrespected him and he got very upset that he kicked me out of the place since I I am a Toyota customer and I wanted to find a car for my sister but I had a very bad experience. Bad bad was an indu I think.

Had the same problem last Wednesday and when I finally got to talk to someone the next day they tried to say something was wrong with my dialing! Even after I showed the manager the calls placed no apology or anything close was offered! Horrible customer service!
