I love this shop, it's hands down the best shop in the area and I've lived around Newtown for 10 yrs. They are very helpful and will make sure you get whatever you need at a great price. I've been going to this store for years and I've seen the brothers look out for people that are short on money or aren't sure where to begin with vaping. There a bunch of standup gentleman and you can rest assured they will never sell you something you don't just to make a buck. I highly recommend going here if you haven't been there atleast once.

They didn't have the disposable Vapes that I usually get they told me that they had them and sold out and never restock them again and he told me about a different disposable vape that was just like the one that I liked and he was totally wrong poor quality of customer service I felt and way overpriced three disposable Vapes cost $80 and none of them were good

Great service! Was very respectful and gave me a great price for the piece I bought. Will 100% return to Havana. Definitely recommend if you’re ever in need of a piece, a down stem, grinder, vape, lighter, etc. Havana is the place to go.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. They have a great selection, reasonable prices, and do special orders. That isn't why I'm writing this though. The customer experience is awesome. We had an an issue with a disposable my wife picked up. I explained it to the owner, he asked if I had it with me, which unfortunately forgot. Without missing a beat he asked me the flavor, gave me a new one to take home and told me to bring the defective one back when I had a chance, no rush. Service like this is rare these days. I highly recommend Havana for all your vape needs!
