One of the reviewers said it was closed until further notice.. When does it open? Is it seasonal? Is it open dawn until dusk like most parks?

The center has been closed since the spring of 2017 due to infestation of the Emerald Ash Borer. There are no current plans to reopen, hence the closed until further notice warning.
